Captain's Log: Good morning Goose! (Good morning Moose!) I am hoping today goes better than yesterday. Well if I can manage to not try and kill the dog I should be off to a pretty good start. I wrote to the lady who fostered Leia down in Tennessee giving her an update on how she is doing. I told her there was plenty of love to give in this house now. More than one puppy can handle probably...no this does not mean I am getting more than one. It would be like having twin babies, and I'm all set. I also mildly regret tearing up the crappy 1970's green carpet from the dining room. I say mildly because while it is going to get scratched to heck from these two fighting, it is really funny when they get going, forget they have no traction, and slide all over the place.
Council Meeting Minutes: Now that the "war" is over, to which your council creamed my team, thanks lol. The council will go back to meeting once a week, not sure which day but probably Mondays. Unless trouble ensues or a project pops up. "Further details as situation warrants".
There is one thing right now that I'm working on (not the BB8 that thing is going to get super-glued end of story), there is this code thing that you cut out of a spy activity book. You gave me one of the keys to it, but now I can't find all of the pieces. So I am hunting through stuff, don't worry I have not opened the "Do Not Open, even Moose or Daddy" box. I almost did, but then thought....I'd better not he's pretty specific on this one. I have not looked everywhere yet, but it will give me something to do. I love that you would give me codes to things, or share "secret messages" with me. I'm pretty sure you would have even let me open that box eventually. One thing I did find was a small book of sketches. I love that at the top of this one you put "Sponsored by..." lol, all those years at work taught you well, gotta give credit where credit is due.
Not sure what I'm going to do today, I might try moving the puppy pack-n-play into the den finally so that maybe I can start working in there. I have been looking online for upcoming events and things to do and found a few interesting ones so far. I might try again to take Leia out, we'll see how the day goes.
